Robbyn we have some bluebirds starting to build their nest in our boxes. How I love the birds! That's one of the best parts of Spring: watching and listening to the males do their songs and dances for the lady birds :-)
Oh, bluebirds are very special! You're so fortunate to have them, and that they're using the boxes...neat!!
It sounds like spring is bringing all sorts of loveliness your way...bluebirds AND lilacs :)
I like that there is actually time to notice these birds, and so many things that for so long I've been so busy that I've missed. I sit outside on the back porch when I can at dusk just to watch the show. This morning, the woodpecker and the cardinals were vying for sunflower seeds. I never get tired of watching :)
