Today is a HUGE DAY!!!
We Paid Off The Car!!!!! Yaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We are thanking God for unexpected blessings that allowed us to reach this goal MUCH sooner than we'd anticipated...thank You thank You thank You, GOD!!!!
Whoosh, what a great feeling :)
We are grateful for so many things, and this is the icing on the cake. It's not been easy, but it IS happening. Little steps seem so slow and tedious and seem like they take forever sometimes, but they add up to bigger steps, and then Bang goes the debt! Next to pay...the student loan. The list grows shorter...
Did I mention Yaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyy??? :) :) :)
For all our likeminded friends out here in the blog-o-sphere who're working hard to retire that debt, it IS SO worth it. Thank you for keeping us encouraged, and we hope you're encouraged each step of the way, too.
On that happy note, I sign off to finish up things before our shabbat rest. I hope everyone's weekend is lovely and restful and rejuvenating! I love and appreciate my friend here so much...thank YOU :)
Blog is closed until tomorrow sundown...
Shabbat shalom!

Woooo hooooo! Congratulations!
Yay! How exciting it must be for you to finally feel like you're making progress. I remember when I paid off my Honda a few years ago - it couldn't have come at a better time for us, either, because we'd just moved, and I was on terminal leave from my last job with plans to be a stay-at-home mom, which meant we'd have only one income. It helped in the first three years that we didn't have a car payment.
I can't wait until we pay off the house and I can do a happy dance around a fire in *MY* front yard!
Congrats! We are working on the debt thing too!
Congratulations! I just paid off my truck in April; it is a great feeling!
Congratulations Madam Robbyn! I know of which you speak. We finished paying off my grad school loans in December; it was huge. If I'd been blogging at the time, I'd have used just as many exclamation points as you did, sister!
How wonderful for you Robbyn, con grats. Sometimes we forget that all the small steps add up to some massive changes.
WTG!
Blessings:)
That's is so cool. I am GREEN with envy. We have two car payments. I hate them. I can't stand them. Grrr...
Of course, our car payments combined are not as bad as our neighbor's. Holy mackerel! And his interest rate is horrible!!! We always put money down on our vehicles.
Blessings!
Lacy
Christina, thanks, coffee gal!!
