...in the whole wide world.
If you haven't visited Nita at Throwback at Trapper Creek, you're in for a treat!
It's just one of my most favorite sites to visit! Ever. Amen.
I want to be Nita when I grow up... She's living the life I'll be working, ohhhh, the rest of my life to learn how to live (and I am sometimes hit with the urge to just despair of our snail-like baby steps and repeatedly bang my head against my monitor after reading her most awesome informative posts)
Nita, you're now on the blog list after months of my enjoying your blog. Apologies!
There are so SO many other wonderful blogs here I haven't even updated on my sidebar. Please forgive!
If you're reading this and your name is not Nita from Throwback at Trapper Creek, and you are wondering why I now know all your children by name and all your best recipes and yet don't have your blog name listed on my sidebar, it's because I'm a procrastinating dork! If that's the case please drop me a comment to that effect and I'll remedy it. I'd love to include yours! I'm slowly trying to catch up, but you've heard that before, ack! :)

I love Nita's blog, too. She's so warm and knowledgeable! I love her honesty, too!
Thank you for your sweet comments on the site. I miss you, too! Since my trip to Statesboro for the Special Olympics fall games (I am a volunteer), I have been really bad about visiting blogs. This is due to the great game of catch up I've been playing with laundry, bathrooms, and whatnot.
Josh and I try not to get impatient with our adoption agent. It feels like the process is taking forever!
Blessings!

Well, you were quick to get me updated, I see from scrolling down the page. So you're not that much of a procrastinator! Thanks! And I shall go check your friend too.
Brenda
Nita does have a great blog. I learn something new every day.
I feel like a dork, Robbyn, I had no idea you even read my blog :)
Thanks for the kind words.
As a procrastinating dork myself, I'm so happy to be on that list of yours! :)
Boy, I'm glad we're all dorky. I finally fit in somewhere!
I posted more of that story I've been writing. I'm hooked on it. It's like apple red cabbage only in print. I need an iv of it.
Please send help!!! :)
Blessings,
Lacy
Hi!! Thanks for visiting my blog. To answer your question, yes, they are required to wear the jackets....it varies from show to show and state to state though. We show at some shows where they have to have a white shirt and the 4-H or FFA emblem....others require the jacket. Some states have them wear ALL WHITE....soooooo glad we don't have to do that!!! Cute blog!!!
Lacy, oh man the waiting is so hard! We're cheering you guys on!
Hi Brenda...you'll enjoy it :)
Kim, I agree :)
Nita, I was glad to discover it through other folks' blogs. I can't be on the puter much, but when I do stop by your blog I always come away having learned so much! My husband loves it, too :)
LOL, Angie...I wouldn't call you a dork! I'd call you one of the bedrock homesteaders, and your blog is a classic...you're also a really great friend across the miles :)
Lacy, I need to get over there and read it...you know, since I NEED another addiction so much...heehee!
Traci, glad you stopped by :)
