The Eating of the Green

Gynura procumbens and fresh Bidens Alba, enough growing to have some regular harvests...a delicious medicinal "mess 'o greens"!

What wild and/or intentionally-grown green's in your salad bowl or stewpot?

    Love that bible verse. This weeks salads included such wild edible weeds as Curly Dock, Lambs Quarter, Chickweed, and a little Plantain...oh and Wood sorrel.

    I've never had any but the plantain...I need to learn to identify those!
